Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I eased into the diet. Cut out snacking first and then lowered my protein intake/fat. Two meals a day with 2-ish cheat meals with beef.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Eased into diet in January, and got my bfp yesterday in July.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He cut out red meat (bless his heart). He also added in a drink every night.

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Besides red meat, I didn't avoid any specific foods. Just reduced the portion sizes and tried to stay on the lower side of them.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Started at 133lbs and knocked it down to 125lbs.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I usually did 30 mins cardio and weights twice a week until swaying. Dropped the weights, knocked up cardio to 45 mins and then eased into 60.

Did you do anything with Ions?
I bought an ion bracelet for fun, but ripped it off after my first attempt because it annoyed me. Ha!
Moon Phase during conception?
New Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Pink headband in my bedside drawer. Again, just for fun!
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Everything seems to be the complete opposite of when I conceived my boys down to diet, exercise, time of year/seasons and different moon phase. All four boys were in Full Moon phases, so I really wanted to aim for a New Moon.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not lowering my fat intake enough. I did take fiber with every meal, though so hoping that helps.
Things worth mentioning:
I went into this with realistic expectations and was very dedicated to doing all possible within reason. If another baby boy comes out of all of this, he will hold a special place in my heart because I know in the end I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world.

Thanks! I was surprised to get a bfp, but I think dropping a few sway tactics that I used last cycle really helped.

Just a quick update! Had a 14 week scan that showed girl, but because of my denial the sonigrapher offered to rescan me for free and today at 15w1d we confirmed (with a much more clear shot) that baby is indeed a girl! My husband and I feel like we are in a dream. I cannot thank Atomic enough, as well as the other ladies who were incredibly helpful and supportive during my sway. FX for you other swayers and here's to hoping your dreams come true.
