Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I had 3 eating moments a day. A snack at 11 am, lunch at 12:30 pm and dinner at 17:30 pm. No snacking in between. Ate around 1600 cals a day.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He cut down a little bit in red meat since I did not cook that a lot anymore.

I did not factor the high and low vegetables in my sway, just ate what I liked, so For example I did ate broccoli, paprika etc. every week.

Drank a lot of coke zero and light, like 1 glass every day.

56 kg / bmi was 21, lowest mature weight EVER! I did weigh this low when I was 15 years old!

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

That I was 5 months doing the diet.
That I lost a lot of weight.
That I excersises every day for 60 minutes!!
And around O even 70 minutes.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The big O, that I layed down for 45 minutes, that I might have been too long on the diet, because I began to 'slip' more towards the end and tended to cheat more.
