PBN Same as me! Sorry not been on much lately ladies I can't keep up with it all.. I read it then get caught up doing something else and forget to reply [emoji35] this 2 weeks has flown by O will be here in no time. Hopper - - regarding your sway, is your DH older than 35? If so, he shouldn't be taking LR. Most people have stopped doing cranberry, but it's up to you if you think it's important.

Thanks essnce Hes 34 in a couple of weeks. I'm in two minds over the cranberry. I asked Atomic twice and she has said both times that she still thinks cran is better than OLE as the results arent there for OLE yet...I dunno. Cause every swayer seems to have their DH on OLE. If I were to switch him to OLE can I just do a straight swap? Hes tolerating the cran well but at the same time OLE does seem to be the safer (and more currently successful) of the two supps.

Two other questions - first, was thinking this month we can change it up and drop e4d with just one attempt at +opk instead. What do you ladies think? I think my smiley opk was WAY before O last two cycles and with e4d our attempts were actually the day before the +opk so seems like it was O-3 or even O-4 which when doing j&d after 5 minutes is not ideal. And are any of you using lube? The last two cycles I have had minimal natural lubrication but I don't want to cut our chances completely. We have mt Nov and Dec cycles left to attempt then need to take a 2-3 month break. While I want to sway as pink as I can I would really like to succeed at getting pg before having to take a break.

Sorry to hear so many of us are having crappy sleep. DS1 definitely has croup, poor guy. His temp was sky high yesterday, 39.1 celsius/102 ish fahrenheit. Think he sweated it out last night but I have spent the last two nights awake and on edge, ready to act. So tired today!

Oh and on my last FRER this morning it was 100% stark white BFN. I'm focused on our next attempt now and awaiting the dreaded AF (Just in time for my girls night on Saturday probably lol) Hoping for another bfp or ten to finish this thread off

I think one attempt at + opk will be better than e4d. E4d certainly works if you arent using opks. I personally think I O at least 24hrs plus after first +opk. Not using lube i think i did the first cycle. But ive practically gone without as it kills sperm however some are using sperm safe ones and may be able to point you in the right direction.

As for the OLE its what i had my dh on however he has been forgetting to take them since forever 😠 atomic might be the best to ask in terms if you can make a switch straight away. I can't see why you wouldn't be able to but best to ask the people in the know 😆

Sooo I have a dilemma! Yday I had a glob of EWCM which I don't usually get which prompted me to do an opk and there was a fair line. So ive tested again today at CD10 and it's a blazing positive and my urine was quite dilute. I last BD 3 days ago, and I usually O closer to 2 days following + OPK.. So do I have my attempt tonight or hang on until tomorrow!? Knowing my luck if I hang on I'll miss it [emoji35] I wish my cycles were straight forward 28 day jobs! Xx

Sorry ladies, I have one more question. My temp rose today so it's looking like I O'd yesterday (Monday). Dh and I dtd Friday at 6am, Saturday at 10pm, Sunday at 6am, and last night at 9:30pm. Those don't seem like good dtd times for there to be enough sperm waiting around when I O. What do you think?

Also I started taking vitex today.. Ive felt flushed like I do taking clomid but not so extreme as that.. And ive read that can cause false positives?
