At the beginning of the year he went on a low fat diet and lost 2.5 stone & maintained

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I did have a few cheats here and there & had to increase my caffeine intake due to skipping breakfast and lowering my calories

Everything seems to be the complete opposite of when I was TTC by boys down to diet, exercise, time of year/seasons,

I had a few cheats on the diet

Things worth mentioning:

Just happy and greatful to have my BFP, although a girl is my dream a healthy baby is top priority - plus this will definitely be my last baby so I just want to enjoy :-)

Also meant to add that I'm still taking anti ds, a very low dose every other day which I will now stop

Its a boy! Alls healthy, was slightly disappointed at first but now I know I actually ok and can just get on with it. Good luck to everyone else on their TTC journey x
