Alka Seltzer Gold and other drinks?

If I am drinking ASG, can I still drink COT and BSD? How often should I do each one? I can't add up all the amounts of things because I am a math moron, and I don't want to die of a baking soda overdose.

Im drinking ural ( was drinking asg before) 2 /day and I mix the cot in it that's it. ( no need for bs if you drink this , but you can if you want to)

Alka Selter Gold HAS potassium in it, so you shouldn't take ASG and COT together. Ural does too, Flava. That's why ASG and Ural are better than BSD/COT because you don't have to do both drinks, only the one.

Ok but I only do it this month and only from AF to O and only 1or 2 /day so I feel just fine putting some COT in in.
(Last month I drinked some ASG alone and that's it)
I don't think we can drink ural in placed of lemon water because we suppose to drink a lot of lemon water but not a lot's of ural.
Anyway I drink green tea with lemon.

Since I can't get the URAL in time for my attempt, is the ASG pretty good then? I actually like it and I have been drinking it 2x a day.

I agree but at least it can take the place of SOME of the lemon water and cut down on some of the liquid.

PLEASE be careful with the potassium - regardless of where you are in your cycle. It's not for healthy pregnancy, it's because potassium can KILL you if you get too much. Plus, starting it and stopping it can make your body start to excrete too much and then when you stop it suddenly, it keeps excreting it and then you end up with not enough potassium, which can kill you even quicker!
