I do usually have a step rise of temp after o, but it usually one small jump and then a big one so that is what has me thrown. I only see one other month of tracking where it stayed low for 2 days. But I guess every cycle can be different, trying not to worry

No I wasnt on Clomid this month. This month the RE is just monitoring my bloodwork levels to see if anything was off. So far everything is normal. I can start Clomid next cycle if I want. We still need to do a sperm analysis for DH and I might do the HSG before doing Clomid to make sure there is no scar tissue from my Csection causing problems

Sometimes temps can be off with the date of ovulation by +/- 3 days. There was a study done on the accuracy of BBT with pinpointing O and it's not super accurate. Your body could have also geared up to O but didn't which can happen. Hopefully you did O and your temp is just delayed in showing it. I know for me, I've had a couple of cycles where I'm certain I o'ed on a certain day but because O happened late in the evening, my temp didn't rise until two days later. You could have o'ed late on cd19 so BBT may not rise until tomorrow.

NOV Testing
Oh Quinn, try not to be too hard on yourself. What's done is done. For what it's worth, my temp was also doing crazy things this cycle (have a look at my chart) and so according to my temps, which I still don't quite believe, my attempts were 0-2, 0-3, 0-4! And we are pregnant! I worry about this from the ttc boy point of view but have looked at lots of charts on ff and there are plenty of people pregnant with boys with two or three day cut offs. Hopefully the diet and exercise and supps will dominate! Sending hugs.

Yeah KSmom. Fingers crossed this is your month!
DH is coming home today. Don't know if I should throw another attempt in today since I am not positive when I O'd. But I probably should pass since that might sway more girl at is point. Last attempt was Thursday morning.

Tfahn, I'm not sure what's recommended for a blue sway but I would think it would be okay to BD today since it's been two days. Most of us with boys had multiple attempts in the fertile window.

Quinn also literally just read a post on mumsnet from a lady who's temp hadn't gone up for two days despite the fact that she had definitely ovulated (shown by blood work and an ultrasound)
