    I think that's perfect!

    I know you may not want to do this, but whole-milk, full fat yogurt is packed with protein. I also used to take 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese for my lunch at work several times a week and I conceived DS 3 while doing so.

    I can't have milk, I am dairy intolerant

    My choices are soy, rice, almond or oat. I am having oat right now

    You can't eat cheese or yogurt either?? Most people who are lactose intolerant can have them because the lactose is digested by the bacteria in the cheese/yogurt.

    Oat is still great!!

    I can have lactose (my body digests that fine) but just not the proteins found in dairy.
