I had a greek yogurt before going to the gym. Reasonable lunch and dinner, not a lot, not too little.

Would drink a coconut water after my weekly long run of 10 miles. I knew it swayed boy, but my body needed it.

130 pounds- had lost about 15 from all the running.

I started training for the half marathon in May. By the time my DH returned I was running 5x a week for a minimum of 1 hour. My weekly long run was closer to 2 hours.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
That I was a running machine!
I changed my PH the best I could.
My DH was working near the equator, so hopefully it killed off some boy sperm
DH still released everyday, to keep sperm count lowered.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
There are so many boys on my DH family.
The Genetic counselor I had to meet due to AMA told me my odds of having a 4th boy are off the chart. According to her- your odds to having 2 of the same sex are 60%, then if you go for a third your odds of that same sex are 80%, then she said, I don't even know what those odds are when going on four! lol
.
Things worth mentioning:
I am at peace knowing I am raising another handsome boy! He is already well loved and will fit right into our crazy world Thank you all for your help along the way. I pray you all get your Desired Gender, and if not... I pray you find the peace I have!

Just want to mention that your genetic counselor is WRONG WRONG WRONG. That is simply a scientifically baseless thing to say, she is misreading the statistics, and has been shown in study after study to be untrue. I got a girl after 4 boys, my husband's grandma got a girl after 5 boys, my great grandma got 2 boys after 6 girls. Michelle Duggar had like 6 boys in a row and then turned around and had 5 girls in a row. It just isn't true!!!!!!!
