how many nutrients can there really be in an apple skin/courgette skin, though? unless you're eating loads of apples a day that is!

There are actually quite a few antioxidants in an apple skin, esp. the red ones.
That's one of those things that you don't need to do if you don't want, I just figure that we're trying to maximize our odds and it only takes a minute or two to do and very little effort. Honestly, I doubt I would peel them 100% of the time either.!!! Questions??

Might have to start bringing a peeler into work for my apple then lol. Do prefer my apples pink!
