Lightening up my girl sway

Sylk is a great lube to use and I have seen it recommended for girl swayers on another gender swaying website as well. If I was trying to increase my fertility and chances of conception I would definitely use Sylk as opposed to preseed. I'm sorry I can't give advice as per timing. I have heard that BD right through the fertile window can increase chances of a girl, but Atomic has suggested to myself and others to BD every 4 days from AF through O or every 4 days plus one attempt when you get your first positive OPK. I hope you get your BFP very soon.

Sylk DOES NOT improve fertility or chanced of conception whatsoever. Anyone who needs a lube wtihout cutting odds of conception a small amount of Preseed or any sperm safe, conception friendly jelly like Conceive Plus or Yes Babi. The other site cares not about people's chances of conception so take what they say with a grain of salt.

I prefer people do e4d plus one at pos OPK rather than BD thru fertile window. BD thru may mean that your husband is depleted before your fertile window even truly opens so he's shooting little but dust by the time the egg shows up. Additionally it may even sway blue, so it's the worst of both worlds, you may end up swaying blue for something that doesn't help you get pregnant sooner. Every 4 days plus one is I believe the best balance between good odds of conception and

If you're ready to get pregnant, then go to SMEP. Don't try to "reinvent the wheel" here, there IS NO magic way to DTD that both ups odds of conception and still sways strongly pink. It's either one or the other. E4d + 1 is the best compormise. SMEP is the best way to get pregnant. Don't bother with any other combo because you expend all this mental energy trying to make some perfect unachievable scenario happen.

Thank you Atomic for your help!! We will try the every 4 days with an additional attempt at positive opk. I plan on laying down for half an hour after our attempts the week of O. I tried laying on my belly last month but everything just seemed to come out! So I think I'll try my back w my legs elevated. We have been using just a small amount of preseed externally, just the same amount that we would use for any other lube. I thought I had read that a small amount of preseed seems to be neural for swaying so thanks for confirming that! If I don't get pregnant this month, we will prob move on to smep with the same amount of preseed while still keeping my girl diet, no breakfast/snacking, and folic acid only. DH is working on closing a really big deal at work and he is stressed (he usually isn't!) so maybe this will help sway pink for us?? You never know...

atomic - can I ask regarding the preseed, you said larger amounts tended to sway blue but small amounts were more neutral - what would you call a large amount? they come with applicators with however many ml you want to use - what would be alot?

I would use a small amount on the fingertip to apply to DH before sex. By small I mean like a smear or two. Dont' use the applicator, that will be too much.

ok fair enough. if you are on Clomid and used preseed, would it counter the girl sway effect that clomid has?

I don't have the data to be able to say that. A small amount seems neutral (several have done it and gotten girls) and I suspect it takes A LOT to overcome Clomid + LE Diet

Hi Atomic. I did read somewhere that BD more than once in a row or more than one day at a time can increase your odds of a boy. Is that correct? Just wondering because when I conceived both of our boys we BD 2 days in a row for one and twice in one day straight after each other for the second boy. But....here I am over-thinking it all again as I tend to do, when clearly there is more to swaying successfully than just the BD patterns right? Man, it really is difficult teaching an old dog new tricks (myself being the dog in this scenario). Lol!

One attempt = 70-75% pink (with pink sways, not just on its own in isolation, please understand it is NEVER just one thing)
Two attempts = 60-65% pink (with pink sways)
Three attempts = 40% pink (and again, many of these were very good pink sways who were doing tons of other things to sway)

I know it is hard to believe and wasn't what any of us expected (myself included) but it is the number of the attempts that seems to matter most and not timing or frequency.
