Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Tried to up protein as much as I could, snacked all the time, lots of nuts, full fat dairy (that was not a change though), lots of meat, went on vacation right before and ate a ton , lots of healthy fats like avocado, olive oil etc

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Totally different diet, libido and therefore attempts and bmi from when I conceived my girls. Also was the first time I took a multi before conception. Also had not been on hormonal bc in a year and a half.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Didn't incorporate robittusin or preseed and didn't have as much ewcm as I'd hoped to have to be more confident

Things worth mentioning:

The multivitamin I took was a whole food multi made by new chapter which had mostly 100 dv on everything other than d (had the recommended GD amount of 1000) and the bs which were around 250 dv. I think these vitamins were a big contributor. So so thankful to this site and atomic and God. Can't imagine having boys

congratulation ..for how long you took the multi vitamin from new chapter whole foods.......did you do weight lifting ?

No weight lifting but was doing some squats and sit-ups. Had been taking the multi for a few months.
