I have two DSs, and have had psoriasis since I was about 8. I have just read something on another site about psoriasis swaying blue, and I don't know whether anyone has any info on this? I feel like everything is stacked against us ever having a DD, and that even if I stick to the diet and do everything I can, I am pretty much destined to have another son.... I really struggle with the exercise bit and know that I would never actually manage cardio 6x a week, and so I am going down the couch potato route. Other than that, I am following the plan which I bought on here. Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions on whether it is possible to counteract the psoriasis swaying blue factor, and if anyone has managed to have a girl, who also has this condition?! Not sure if it's relevant, but my psoriasis isn't very bad at the minute. We are hoping to do our first attempt in Feb. Thanks!

My sister and I both have mild psoriasis. She has 2 girls, I have 2 boys. I don't know why, how, or if it sways blue but even if it does that doesn't mean it's impossible for you to have a girl. My dad has it and he had 2 girls and 1 boy.

For some reason we have observed that autoimmune disorders in women are affiliated with more boys conceived for reasons we can only guess at. But people can and do get girls under all possible circumstances.
Did you ahve a Custom Plan?? For some reason I'm not seeing it in my word processor. I would have you on the atomic fertility diet the gluten free version because that may really help keep the autoimmune stuff under control. We have gotten very good results with it and it will very likely be better for your chances of pink as well, than the standard LE that may aggravate your psoriasis and potentially sway blue as well. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.htmlLast edited by atomic sagebrush; December 22nd, 2015 at 05:43 PM.

Thanks everyone, no I don't have a custom plan, I just bought the 21 day recipe thing, and the pink sway booklet. Wow, so would gluten free help, do you think? I definitely don't want to do the LE diet if it's going to potentially sway blue?! How do I access that plan? Thanks very much Atomic!

Yes do the AFD, it's 5 posts from the top, and you'd want the version that involves white rice (since you do not need to limit carbs, just cut out gluten).
The 21 day diet book actually has a lot of stuff in it you can still use, just use gluten free versions of the grain products.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Hi just thought I would add my husband has terrible psoriasis we have one girl, my brother also has bad psoriasis and his two children are girls. So if it was to sway based on that I would say girl. But that is on the males side

Kim Kardashian has psoriasis and had a DD naturally first (an oops)! Her son was a HT baby.
Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)
Oct 2014
July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.
