I just cut out most white flour and sugar, eating red meat often, full fat dairy, lots of fruits and veggies and snacks whenever I feel hungry

6 months, but I'm not going to lie. I haven't been eating as healthy the past 2 weeks with all the festivities during the holidays.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Lots of EWCM, lots of good sex with 3 attempts in the fertile window

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

My diet has been awful the past 2 weeks.

Things worth mentioning:

I usually wear thong panties, but I went and bought some cotton bikini style underwear to wear this month as we're trying and noticed a lot of EWCM and I took mucinex the day before and day of O and drank lots of water with lemon in it.
