2 boys: 4 and 6

On LE diet aug - December (had more cheats as time went on, esp. Around holidays). Cut down on protein a lot, eat more carbs, and cut down on fat. DH did not change his diet.

Drank alcohol-mostly wine

Skipped breakfast

DH took OLE but we had dropped all other supplements (vitex, saw palmetto, Benadryl, licorice root)

Exercised-I am a fitness instructor so I do do some weights but ran and cycled a lot. Went more for loss of muscle mass from overworked muscles and lack of proteins.

This was our 5th cycle trying. I ran out of opk except 1. First month charting. I'll attach my chart below. We were trying every 3 days, 4 days didn't work. We had to get in our last attempt with only 2 days between but it was a night attempt and I laid with hips propped for 20 min and flipped over for another 20 min. Then attempt we made 2/3 days earlier I just sat still for a couple min and then got up, early morning and I had to get kids ready.

I'll post anything else I think of...not sure if we will find out sex this time or not. I'm thinking of waiting.
