    Swayed for a boy 24 Months & We are having a Boy!

    Realized that I have not added my sway so its better late than never

    Gender Result: BOY!!

    DW Age: 32
    DH Age: 34

    Current Children's Gender(s)
    Girl, Girl, Girl (Age’s 13, 11, and 6)

    Swaying 24 Months, Trying

    Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?
    Yes

    MINERALS
    Calcium Intake (Please describe)
    Some but not too much.

    Potassium Intake(Please describe)
    Ate foods high in potassium as much as possible

    Sodium Intake(Please describe)
    Ate foods high in sodium but not so excessive as to be hazardous to health. Didn’t really sway hard month of conception

    SUPPLEMENTS USED

    DW Supplements


    Stopped all Supplements 4 months prior to getting pregnant after deciding to see fertility specialist. Pretty much gave up and disregarded all supplements.

    Any additional supplement info?
    I drank Green Tea when ever I had the chance, limited caffeine, ate more red meats. Incorporated coconut water when I could, added wheat grass to drinks as much as I could. Everything I did in the end was very minimal and not consistent. This was not a daily thing and more like a once a week thing.

    Did you follow a diet plan?
    as much as I could

    If yes to diet, which one did you most follow?
    Still continued to eat what was on the diet and absolutely did not skip breakfast.

    Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
    Had oatmeal almost every other day for breakfast with green tea Mon-Fri.

    12 months prior

    Did you skip breakfast regularly?
    No

    Did DH change his diet with you?
    No

    Comments regarding DH's diet-
    He eats HE everything because its just a norm for him and also drank a lot of caffeine daily though.

    Did you consume alcohol?
    yes, every other weekend had a beer or margarita

    Did you try to limit caffeine?
    Yes, I had 1 drink every three days or once a week.

    Weight And Exercise
    I gained a lot of weight as I started swaying 24 months ago so I ended more overweight than my previous weight.

    Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
    I did start diet pills (I know big nono) about two months before conception and was also put on Metformin 1500 daily by my infertility specialist after being diagnosed with moderate to sever PCOS.

    Not consistent. Possibly once or twice a week and twice during fertile window.

    Made sure I had big "O" before his. Laid on my side for about ˝ an hour.


    Any relevant attempt details?
    He drinks caffeine on a daily basis, showers in fresh to cold water, and was wearing boxers almost every day.

    Cell phone & Computer every day at work

    Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse

    Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
    Put some a few boy onesies under our mattress

    Things that make me feel great about my sway:
    Not skipping breakfast, using Conceive Plus, had big “O” during attempts.

    Things that make me feel not so great about my sway:
    Chewed a lot of sugar free gum. Drank coffee (not too much)
    Stopped taking supplements
    Did not exercise
    Was on Metformin

    We are Over the Moon and couldn’t be more thankful of all of the support I have received in this group. I want to thank you Atomic for helping me make this dream come true and everyone else who made a suggestion or comment to guide me in the right direction

    My Ovulation Chart
    currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

    TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

    Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
    Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

    Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
    My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
    Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
