    I ate plain bagels frequently while swaying.. But cut out peanut butter completely due to the protein. If I was hungry before noon, i would drink a calorie free drink (usually some sort of soda) to try to help tide me over until lunch.

    Thanks so much for your responses ladies! Even after just a few days, I'm finding this not so bad at all. I'm definitely the type of person who eats when I'm bored, not necessarily just when I'm hungry. So I've really been paying attention lately and I notice that I can easily go all afternoon without snacking. I notice though that very soon after eating a bagel, I'm hungry again so I think I might lay off those for a while and switch to toast instead. Skipping breakfast is quite easy as well, I'm really not hungry as soon as I wake up and if I am, a coffee will hold me off until at least 11.

    Bagels do this to me as well so i cut them out.
