I don't intend to try and conceive whilst taking this medication (am taking it for a bowel infection) but does it sway at all (like after you've finished taking it)? My DH has finally just agreed to 'one last try' (and means literally ONE attempt) but I've only been taking the ubiquinol for less than a month. Should i still make an attempt next cycle or the one after?

It will be out of your system by then anyway.

I would have you try right away ASAP. Don't wait for the ubiquinol, you've been on it long enough

Ok. Really Atomic? I thought I had to be on it for 90 days or three months to get full affect. I was thinking of trying to get DH on the olive leaf extract as well at least for one cycle? Maybe we don't need to do all that though? Thanks

Ok we're having a clash between real and ideal here.

In an ideal world you'd be on diet and supps and all the rest of it 6-12 weeks before trying. But we're not in an ideal world here. We're in a world where we do not know if it's the last fresh egg in the carton and/or if DH will even be willing in a month's time. He could totally change his mind by next month again, and/or this could have been Goldie the Golden Egg. The ideal has to be forgotten and you need to TTC in any and every month that DH is willing to because our window of opportunity is shrinking on us.
