I've been drinking sugar free red bulls and Monsters but recently just realized they have a ton of B vitamins
Niacin 100%
Vitamin B6 100%
Vitamin B12 100%
Pantothenic Acid 100%
And also the taurine, panax ginseng, l-carnatine, guarana, glucurinolactone...
Is this too nutrient-rich?
Is coffee a better option?
What's everyone else doing for caffeine that is using caffeine?

January 13th, 2016, 02:19 AM #2Way too nutrient rich! Coffee, caffeinated sodas, and caffeine pills are good options. Just be careful with dosage of pills as they can be quite strong. Most ladies use the first 2 options, coffee especially as it's almost calorie free.

I drink 2 -3 strong black coffees every morning. It helps me survive skipping breakfast!

January 13th, 2016, 08:31 AM #4Ditto on the black coffee. I can't get through the day without it. lol There's also full sugar soda but that needs to be treated as a meal and there's diet soda too which is calorie free. '12 '12

I prefer you guys just stick with coffee. It's working, and we have to keep in mind it may not even BE caffeine that's swaying. It may be something in the coffee. BEcause I got all boys with tea (which I was getting plenty of caffeine with, I"m sure) and with my girl, both DH and I were doing coffee.!!! Questions?? January 15th, 2016, 02:56 AM #8What about normal cups of tea ladies? I cannot drink coffee because it does something to my stomach and I end up with diarrhoea (sorry for tmi, but this has always been the case for me). I have cut down to just two cups of tea (with full cream milk) per day - is this ok for girl sway? My DH tends to drink more coffee. Thanks. 2008 2008 2010 2010 2012 2012 August 2015 at 10 weeks and August 2015 at 10 weeks and CP June 2016 CP June 2016 2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. I still can't believe she is here and often have to pinch myself. I am one VERY blessed Mumma. She also has a dimple like her big sister. 2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. January 15th, 2016, 03:39 AM #9Tea seems to sway boy and that's what the boy swayers are drinking. I got both my boys drinking tea only, no coffee at all. I've since switched to daily cappuccinos made with 2 shots of espresso. Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

January 15th, 2016, 06:27 AM #10I would try to drop the tea completely except maybe a cuppa once or twice a week, but if you can't just do the best you can! Even just down to one cup daily is improvement, what you've managed already is improvement! Every little bit sways pink.
