    Obsession

    Hi everyone,

Yeah, sort of. I haven't received my plan yet, but I've been doing my own research before I start the plan. I just read something about it and wanted to know if it's true. Now I'm worried, because I get obsessed with things very easily.

Yup unfortunately. Especially if it leads to trying to control things in our lives as much as possible. You may not be able to change your thoughts, but if you can restrain yourself from acting on them that will help a lot.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Ahhh great! I don't know how I'm going to do it, but I can try... especially dealing with work, the house, and the kids.

DON'T try to control normal things in your every day life. You CAN'T do it and people just end up stressing/obsessing MORE because then not only are you obsessing over the things you are normally concerned about anyway, then you're also stressing over stressing. You're like "OMgosh I gotta calm down I gotta calm down or my sway will FAIL" and THAT is the kind of thing that does sway blue.

The only reason why I mention anything about it is because I dont' want you guys launching into "Swaymageddon 2016" and treating swaying like this huge project that if only you do it "perfectly" enough you'll "win" or "earn" a daughter. That is a swaykiller. But I DO want you to continue to live your life normally and not go full on Howard Hughes and end up in a dark room peering at a computer screen thinking about swaying every second of every day because you're so scared of "stressing" that you end up stressing yourself out over it to the brink of insanity.
