    Is it worth it? Atomic?

I have been ttc girl since April last year, found out I have pcos on my journey.
Now I'm recieving fertility treatment. After trying 50mg clomid on my own the plan is now to take bcp for 21 days finish this on February 4th. Then I'm to take 100mg clomid cycle day 2-6. Got to have a scan on cycle day 10 if I have responded correctly and have no more than 3 mature eggs sized 1.7mm-1.8mm, I will be given a trigger shot to make me release them with timed bd for 36 hours after.

Because I have been ttc girl for a while I started on IG, before finding here, I then switched to the LE diet then the atomics PCOS diet a few months ago.
I treated myself over xmas and have had a few cheat days since then too as I been feeling down and my birthday in the mix.

So any way I am listing below what I'm doing to find out if it's worth purchasing a plan/coaching and even if I do, do i have time to for the plan to take effect.
If not enough time what can be tweaked to better the chance?
Should I go with the timed bd of 36 hours?
Is that just once in fertile window?
I know coming off the bcp and clomid can sway girl. And I would like it to work this time.

I think that looks great, the only recommendation I have is to try to do cardio 6 days a week minimum and no less. Good luck!

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Do you have totals on diet??

Re number of attempts, you have to balance the desire for a girl with the desire to get pregnant. I would probably have you guys DTD unprotected every 4 days plus one more at trigger just because we've been at this so long, BUT you need to decide that for yourself. One attempt may be pinker but lower odds conception. e4d plus one may be slightly bluer but better odds of conception.

I would drop LR for hubby. Hasn't gotten good results anyway and may cut odds of conception.

DO NOT lose weight the week of O!!! There is zero evidence that even works to begin with, and I see people who insist upon it, stopping or delaying O allll the time. Just eat normally!
