I make some of these and keep them in individual bags for me with a piece of toast

Also Google low fat vegetarian recipes, find the ones you like, pop them into the recipe in my fitness pal and it breaks down the calories for you. I like:

    LF vegetarian enchiladas
    LF vegetable stack
Iceberg lettuce salad with 1-2 tbsp tinned lentils or chickpeas and/or cottage cheese
Raspberry and coconut water smoothie. I add 1 tsp cinnamon to balance blood sugar and helps me drop kgs. If my protein numbers are low I add 1 tbsp of protein powder.
Toasted tortilla sand which with mushrooms cream cheese
    Mushroom stroganoff
Gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce (keeps calls lower) you don't even need to cook the tomatoes. Just dice them with green onions, 1 clove of garlic (if you a re including it) fresh basil, squeeze of lemon juice and the gnocchi will warm it up like sauce. I eat 12 gnocchi for a serve and have iceberg salad on the side. Please share your ideas when you get some......I need fresh inspiration

That u so much for these!! Funny because I'm having gnocchi tonight with tomato sauce ! Last night had hummus with veggies and rice and chickpeas - just using different things to substitute the no meat factor - I'm enjoying it . I'm eating a lot of pitta breads and cream cheese !
I love all cheeses which helps so I seem to have cheese for lunch with cucumber and tomatoes etc with different types of breads... I'm just starting the school run but will check back in later to share my ideas !
Ps where about a r u from and when will be ur first attempt?
I'm from the uk and trying in May xxx

I'm also having a white coffee with sweetener evry morning about 10.30 to tie me over until lunch - I normally would have that with sugar at 7am so I've managed to switch it up a little .
Today for lunch I'm going to have a cheese & cucumber sandwich and some berries . R u adding in alcohol? I'm going to soon not just get though as I've actually been trying to not drink in January (dry January) xx

No I've noticed that so it's nice to see someone from this side of the pond !
Yes sweep this day under then carpet and look forward to a better day tommorow but like I said the odd cheats are OK I'm sure I keep saying in the 12 weeks leading up to my attempt I should be so used to the diet that I feel little need to cheat it's just at the moment getting used to not snacking and less sugar etc it all takes time to adjust ... I've been good with my cardio so far and hoping I can stick at it I don't loose weight easily so hoping it drops soon and then can hold steady until May xxx

Thanks for those ideas b&bc's! I'm down under in Aus. Kids go back to school Wednesday I am adding alcohol in my sway. I glass about 5 nights a week of some sort of white wine. I've never been a drinker, but I'm starting to enjoy it :-)
