Fiya - so cute!! My best friend had her baby shower yesterday and she's having a little girl and it's so fun to see all the cute girlie stuff!!

Okay ladies question...and a little TMI (and embarrassing!) but I'm afraid when I go to the bathroom everything just "smells" different. I don't know if I have bacteria vaginosis, but I have no other symptoms - no burning or irritation or anything. When reading around it said that 9 out of 10 women will have a difference in smells because pregnancy hormones throw off your PH levels. I'll probably go to OB to get it checked anyway tomorrow maybe, but am I worried about nothing? Or sound like it could be BV?

I had the same thing a whilr back Taytum. Never new what it was but it slowly went away. Maybe your senses are super sensitive right now.

Yes I understand, i feel like sometimes Time is flying and when We are approching gender/nub scan or harmony results Time seem to stop...😩
And What about food? i am eating a lot of fruits this Time and don't want anything else for dessert/snack especially citrus and lemon buy also ananas or raspberries (even jam!)
I do love also fennel with citrus dropping but I used to hate It before pregnancy!😜
For DS1 It was smileys salmon and anchovy. And for DS2 artichokes😃

Yes I am particularly craving fruit this pregnancy too, which is different from my last 2 pregnancies. Because of my morning sickness, I havent really been enjoying my food like I did the other babies, I found I just loved the taste of food and just indulged alot. This time, I feel I eat mostly because I have to, so I can at least maintain weight for now.

Congratulations Fiya - I had tears in my eyes reading your post. so happy for you, I cant imagine the joy and relief you feel enjoy every minute of your pink pregnant bundle xo

I had a dream last night that I had a boy.... and I seriously hated the way I felt when I woke up.. I hated that sinking feeling in my belly, the sadness in my heart... I just dont want to feel these things, I want to feel joy, excitment about a healthy baby. maybe my brain is trying to prepare me. I have a dating scan tomorrow but I will only be 11 weeks then so there will be no details on gender yet. the NIPT blood test will also take a week to process so I am still waiting for the next week.

Taytum I definitely notice I smell different down there during pregnancy but any time I've been checked its been fine. I reckon you're as well off to get checked out and put your mind at ease just in case it is BV. Pregnancy is so glamourous isn't it lol

Missiz I'm sorry you woke up feeling so sad. I've been feeling a little down lately too just cause I have myself convinced this is boy #3. I am grateful baby is ok but I think I need to be prepared for hearing the inevitable "Its a BOY!" cause otherwise I will fall apart altogether. I am not beating myself up over feeling like this, I will love this baby regardless and frankly I'm so excited about having another baby in the house, our last baby FOREVER (I hate the way that sounds, I think I'd keep popping them out if DH let me!) but I need to take time to grieve the daughter I will never have. And thats ok, its ok to feel this way. I'm done punishing myself and feeling guilty xx

Speaking of dreams girls I actually had a dream baby was a girl last night. I woke up so sad this morning cause it wasn't real. It felt so real!! I have never dreamt of having a little girl before so it was nice but also feeding that silly hopefulness I'm feeling. A girl from a previous due date group on another forum just announced she's 20 weeks with boy number 3. I can tell by how she's speaking that she's a little upset by it. I really thought she was having a girl. Her pregnancy itself has been entirely the same as her previous two but she's carrying so different.

Ugh I am so annoyed!!! I just called to make my appt for the only scan clinic near us and they will only take me from 22 weeks! But don't have any appts til I'm 23+4!!!! Rang the next closest place which is a 3 hour round trip and they do anatomy scans from 18 weeks. I can't believe the difference especially when other countries scan way earlier for gender!!! I don't know how I will wait til 18 weeks let alone if I have to wait til 23 weeks. I need to talk to DH later to see if we can drive to the 18 week place. Our biggest issue will be getting the kids minded though as we don't have family support close by! Oh I'm so peeved about this!!!

So sorry Hopper that is so frustrating. I would probably do the 3 hour round trip one but I'm a bit crazy like that!!
