I have been a bit stricter with the diet the past month because I really need to loose some weight. I was 40 pounds heavier than my typical weight. I have been off and on dieting for over a year. Finally lost 9 pounds but my face is breaking out in tiny little clear fluid type pimples and I've had bad diarrheanot sure what's up here. Help.

Some people think when you lose weight pretty fast (and 9 lb in a month is pretty rapid really) it may release some toxins that were stored in your fat and this can sometimes make you not feel very well while you're actively losing. I would probably lay off alcohol just in case your liver needs a little less to manage while you're losing.

The bumps sound like an allergic reaction, likely dermatitis from contact with something you're sensitive to or possibly a food/supplement allergy.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Good point maiden, upon rereading that does sound allergic. I missed the clear fluid part in the first reading. Taking anything new or using new lotion???

I had perioral dermatitis a few years back and without actually seeing your face (and not being a dermatologist!) that sounds like what I had. Lots of bumps on my chin area, but only filled with clear liquid. It was the sulfate in my shampoo getting on my skin causing it. I was prescribed a low antibiotic, but make sure you go to a dermatologist! My regular doctor wanted to prescribe me this like $300 pill, when really I just needed a generic compound prescription that he could prescribe.
It sucked - hope you get some answers!

If you are having diarrhoea as well, then I would say it's more likely some reaction you are having to something in your diet , or a supplement. Have you started on anything new recently? Reactions that we have on our skin from a cream, for example, don't usually cause diarrhoea as well. I would see my GP if I was you and get their opinion. Good luck.

2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. I still can't believe she is here and often have to pinch myself. I am one VERY blessed Mumma. She also has a dimple like her big sister.

I'm almost wondering if it's all the caffeine?

I think it's quite possible the diarrhea and dermatitis are unrelated, though they can go together in response to food sensitivities. But I'd guess the caffeine /fibre is responsible for the diarrhea and something topical is causing the dermatitis.
Can you list ALL new supps/meds and face/hair/body/detergent products that you've only just started using in the past 6 weeks?
I have the world's most sensitive facial skin and practically everything gives me contact dermatitis requiring high dose steroids. But no caffeine, even super high doses, supps, or meds have ever given me dermatitis. Rashes, rarely, but not dermatitis.
