well,im really annoyed! just done another smiley test(4hrs after the last)and now no smile,im sick of this,im getting some ewcm and i think my cp is right(if im doing the right thing!)i just dont know why its negative.i did a opk at 8am,1.30pm which were negative,then 7.45pm(positive)then 11.45pm(negative)could i have a short surge(between 1.30pm and 11.45?)aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhh!

Heavens TTC5, glad to hear sis seems to be doing better ... FX she is well soon; sounds as though you still have your concerns for her. Hugs!
Jane how frustrating! Did you DTD last night?! With 4 days abstain that would be just perfect timing it seems. I had a short surge the cycle I got pg. Only 1 +OPK (I do smileys too) at 2pm, and we DTD about 8 hours after I got it. I didn't test again that night but it was neg the next am.
WP I love camping and I'm so envious of your trip! We are going in November when it will hopefully have dropped into the 80's, LOL. I have still been exercising. I do light weights and mostly walking now, every now and then I might run a mile but for the most part I walk or do the elliptical machine. I ran through my other pregnancies (like up until 39 weeks!) but since I quit running to sway boy I just haven't felt like running this time! Exercise is totally my stress release though.

Re: my boy diet weight gain (I did update my sway with this too) I did the boy diet 9 months. BUT ... when I was "girl" diet I was still eating 2500 calories a day at least, but loads of it, literally half of it, was sugar... candy, etc. And I ran 40-60 miles a week so I just burned everything off. When I started the boy diet I dropped the exercise to 10 miles a week, plus 3x a week weight training, and kept my intake around 2200-2500 but it was all good, nutrient rich foods. I gained about 5 lbs (I think due to the loss of so much cardio) and then the last 3-4 weeks before our attempt I really amped up my food intake to gain another 2. Since the BFP I've gained about 7lbs.
