CD18. I Oed on the later side, yesterday CD17. I was hoping to O earlier, around CD14, but no luck. CD18 is my average O date. I think I need a higher dose and/or trigger shot to O earlier. Or maybe Femara, which my dr won't give, sigh.

Bc Clomid stays in the body for so long and should only be taken for 6 cycles max ever, I am taking it every other cycle, so no meds next cycle, then Clomid again in March. I don't think I could tolerate back to back cycles anyway, I had really bad hot flashes and extreme fatigue from CD3-CD11. I'm still feeling much hotter thsn usual.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Agh im hoping to avoid hot flashes. I'm headed to the gym today for my hour of cardio, so hopefully fatigue skips me too. Does Oing earlier give you better chances of conceiving? You could still have caught the egg!

    Oh and what should
Our bd schedule be like on Clomid? We were every 7-10 days our first 8 months ttc then moved up to every 3 days.

I hope you don't get them! I am exceptionally sensitive to hormones especially estrogen, so I wouldn't expect others to react as strongly. And honestly the hot flashes were bearable, it was the fatigue that killed me.

Of course it is totally possible to conceive from O on any CD, and I have conceived from late O before, but MOST of my pregnancies have been from early O, generally really early. Plus I am just fed up with waiting so long to O.

Since you've been TTC so long I'd stick with every 3 days. I will try that myself next cycle.

What CD do you usually O around?

    Usually cd14-16
I haven't been on any type of hormones since I was in birth control about 10 years ago... So I have no clue what to expect. Does alcohol interfere with Clomid?

Maiden I also think you oed cd 17. Fx for you and tfahn!!

Sorry nann but you're right it is still early. Fx for the next few days

Princess mom sounds like old blood to me. Hope you appointment gives you some answers. Good luck and fx to you and Gagirl and Momamia (wowsers what a temp spike!) Another set of cycle buddies

Welcome back Lauren! I was thinking of you awhile back and wondering how you were Great to see you back and sounding revived!! Also great to hear you're on clomid (great for pink as maiden said). Hope this gives you your best shot yet this cycle! I'm cd4 so we may end up cycle buddies I'm not sure when I'll o as have restarted le diet after a decent break from it and have also started cardio. I'm not sure if this will bring my o day forward or not. Anywhere from cd11-cd15 possible at this stage. Being on clomid may make you o earlier to. Also I think you have to wait a certain period before starting opk testing as I think clomid can give false positives?? Maiden or momomia can you confirm or advise how long between last dose and start of opk testing? Hope I'm not wrong here and adding unwarranted confusion!

Oh please let me know about the OPKs, I don't want any false positives! I was hoping you would have gotten your positive while I was away PBN :/ we will hopefully be cycle buddies and end our sways this month!! I was very very relaxed on the diet in January and December so I'm back at it hardcore and the cardio as well. Do you advise stay in with e3d as well? I still want to sway some. Feels good to be back and be hopeful. I was feeling super defeated the past few months.

I fell pregnant in December but miscarried January I would stick with e3d. That's what I'm doing BUT I'll probably add an extra attempt at pos opk as I just want to get pregnant regardless of blue or pink. Only started the diet and cardio to keep busy
