I liked the stats on Pregnitude for a girl sway but we don't have that in our country so I managed to get the base ingredients being inositol and folic acid, so this was just for swaying purposes I also find it helps me with my mood as I am a big breakfast eater and skipping breakfast makes me "hangry"

In the past have you always gotten your cycle back for good, or have you ever had a mix of regular and longer cycles? Sometimes it can take a while for the body to adjust.

What were your cycles like before children? Did you ever have longer cycles?

While your BMI is low, many if not most underweight women have regular cycles. My BMI naturally fluctuates from 16-18 depending on diet/activity level, and I've even dropped to 14 and didn't lose O. I am probably a special case bc I have high body fat % for my size and very little muscle. Any idea on your body fat %? Do you still have good body fat stores or do they seem dramatically depleted?

It's also possible that your missing O is temporary. It's not uncommon for O to be delayed or inhibited by significant, FAST (key word here) weight changes, whether losing or gaining. Even a big and more importantly sudden change in diet & supplements can have the same effect, and you combined both. These changes can shock the body for up to 3 months. I will be surprised if you don't begin Oing soon now that you are eating more and maintaining your weight.

I'd definitely still capitalise on the long/anovulatory cycle by pushing for Clomid/Femara! Please let us know how you make out with that. Also, if you are in the US or UK you can legally order a 3 month supply of both meds from an online overseas pharmacy. PM me if you are interested and I can provide the URL of a reliable pharmacy I've used for almost 10 years.
In the past my cycles were like clockwork. Literally 28 days and I'm pretty sure ovulation was on day 14. I have not been this low in weight since I was a teenager and I don't know accurately what my body fat percentage is but it is relatively low I think in the 20-25% range and I was exercising so the muscle is now starting to go flabby so I don't know if that counts.

I definitely agree on the FAST changes. I lost the bulk of the weight in the two weeks on LE - approximately 5kgs and then I started the Vitex and other supps so I guess I had a system overload. I guess I might have to go the Clomid/Femara route. I was hoping to avoid it as I am a little scared of it. It seemed so easy TTC last time

Unfortunately I am not in US/UK I will have to go to a doctor for a script and then get it from a pharmacy just for safety sake.

Thanks for all the help. I will probably only got to the doctor in March but I will let you know how that goes for me.
