Hi sunny girl, it's good to hear others doing pcos diet too.
I sadly have about 25lbs to lose still to get to goal so I would like to get close to that before TTC. I hope in a few months. Did you do LE diet for your last ds?Three beautiful boys

Hello chocolate! I am doing le pcos, 1st official month in although been skipping breakfast, reducing protein intake (animal proteins) and cardio 5+ times per week for some months now. I'm still trying to convince hubby to actual go for number 3 (technically no.4 as we lost a boy along the way, but have two boys too). I'm aiming to stop my pill in April if dh comes around to the idea...
I'm happy to buddy up with you

Hi, that's great your doing it too :-) So sorry you lost your boy :-( Hope your Dh comes around. I have told him imagine how quiet the house will be when we are older and we need a big family even if all boys, so we will have regular visitors ;-) I'm waiting for my plan but going to find the food the hardest I think as I don't enjoy plain foods or salads lol.

Can someone let me know if it's OK to eat soft corn tortilla wraps on the le pcos diet please? I seem to read conflicting things about corn and the reason I ask is because they contain so little fat compared to wholemeal ones. Thanks

If you have moderate to severe PCOS or really bad egg quality (or are going HT) you may have to avoid them, otherwise I think they are ok now and then. Some people with PCOS actually seem to do best avoiding wheat all together so you may want to experiment and see on that.
You realize on PCOS Diet you WANT to be eating more fat as a % of your diet, 50-60 g. Fat free products are actually bad for PCO because they are very carby usually. So if the wholegrains are only an issue for you due to fat content I would probably not worry about that.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ahhhhh, help! I need a Pcos friendly easy sauce or something to put on brown rice and veg please! I used an uncle bens savoury wholegrain chicken flavoured rice and mixed it with asparagus and mushrooms and even that is taking me an effort to eat. Any suggestions gratefully received :-)
