Haha!! Good idea! Might strategically place a hot water bottle on them while my dh is sleeping!!!
I'm doin pcos diet too, it was hard to adjust to when I first started and I felt guilty eating more protein etc but still try to keep it mostly vegetarian. X

Yeah I keep feeling anti protein bur getting it from Greek yoghurt and other vegetables really. What do you eat in a day mainly? I'm quite lucky that Dh will try anything but then we tried High Tech so he knows we need to give this our best shot

I've been using a lot of low fat products and also weight watchers.
I did weight watchers before, so use myfitnesspal to record what I eat to get up to my limits in a way which is similar to the way I used weight watchers points system.
I use wholemeal pasta and rice, weight watchers brown bread, low fat cheese, wholemeal wraps etc and wine! Yeah!!
It always worries me that I'm eating too well, when I compare how I was eating on le.
But at least this way, I am actually losing weight as opposed bloating up like a big marshmallow like I was doing le diet!!

Do you stick to the Pcos groups? I'm having baked potatoes with vegetable oil and margarine for omega 3s, I worry brown carbs a bit too healthy for me so trying to eat potato or fruit/veg carbs but that's hard to meet calories so I may have a baked potato and veg for lunch and dinner, then strawberries and cream, and a Greek yoghurt. Cucumber or broccoli etc. As a side, I'm not into salads even with dressings so that makes it hard.

I use my fitness pal too but it's sneaky as it sticks to percentages and you have to pay extra to stick goals to grams, which I find easier, but it's fab for looking up amounts as so much of it is on there already

Snap Frilly! My bra is getting a little roomy too! Bit draughty in there now! Don't mind the flat bum thing too much though-think I'm naturally quite flat bummish so just happy to be having a smaller, flat bum!
Thanks for making me feel better about the small (read 'absolutely massive') cheat I had last night!

We are aiming for our first attempt in May/June. Have you started already? I feel excited, terrified and exhausted with it all at the same time! Looking forward to that BFP but can you imagine the waiting to see if all this has worked?
Sounds like you're doing great with the workouts, maybe I need to start varying it a bit too?

Evening ladies!
Just sat down for my pre run bowl of brown rice with light soy sauce. I'll be running for about an hour tonight. I did go a bit mad with my breakfast lunch - high protein and fat but within limits and extremely tasty!! I also had a cheat day yesterday, still skipped breakfast and did my exercise but I'm pretty sure a McDonald's doesn't fall within LE PCOS diet x

There are other sites that do the tracking info and if MFP is making anyone pay for anything at all, I'd investigate other options!
