    If this is a standard US and not a transvaginal one, my guess is girl, using the Ramzi Theory.

    Ramzi theory is supposed to be done around 6 weeks. OP's scan looks to be around 12 weeks so will not work.

    OP, I can't make out a clear nub so I'm not sure.
