What is the general consensus of what side you ovulate in relation to gender? Also, ramzi?
I've been having dull cramps on my right side but according to this thought and I *think* ramzi (placenta on the right)... this would mean boy, right?
But I don't know if this is right or been debunked... I appreciate your thoughts :-)

Some women only have one ovary and still conceive both genders. There would no biological benefit in producing only one gender from one side of ovary.

You can't tell on the basis of cramping, the side you ovulated from, or what side your baby implanted on. You develop eggs in BOTH ovaries and many people find that they actually have worse pain in the side that doesn't ovulate as it will be swollen with eggs and the pressure is never released. And if your uterus was sensitive enough to feel a tiny ball of cells implant in your uterus, pregnancy would be so unbelievably painful that we could not endure it.
The reason for one sided cramps in pregnancy has to do with the way your internal organs and ligaments are and what is stretching and growing and where your nerve endings are, and nothing to do with side of O or where baby is implanting.!!! The side of O thing there actually IS something to that but it's a lot more complicated than you might think.
In brief: Most women do tend to O from their right ovary in a dominant fashion (despite both ovaries developing eggs in them every month on average 15 per ovary, per month). BUT sometimes, the right ovary stops Oing for reasons that aren't entirely clear (although continues developing eggs) and the left starts to take over. Additionally sometimes a woman can be regularlly Oing from her left ovary and start Oing from the right. When this phenomenon was studied (by reputable researchers instead of con artists trying to sell stuff) they found an interesting pattern where 3 month pattern of O patterns did seem to be correlated with a difference in gender ratio - L, L, R pattern = 75% boys was the highest % found and the other patterns all were closer to 50-50.
BUT please understand that it is almost certainly NOT the side of O itself that matters, it is whatever is going on that makes people start Oing from the left or from the right and why that would then switch sometimes that is making a difference. Plus, unless you were monitoring for 3 full months you have no way of knowing what your overall pattern was anyway.
Now, could htis POSSIBLY have something to do with Ramzi - maybe. But then again I have seen enough people actually send Dr. Ramzi himself $10to guess on their ultrasounds and then get them wrong that I would not take anything having to do with Ramzi theory at all seriousl anyway.!!!
