I didn't even notice! I make typos all the time.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

It IS normal to have creamy CM after O, but that does NOT mean CM can't and doesn't turn creamy before. Estrogen is what causes fertile CM (watery and egg white), and estrogen levels usually peak 1-3 days BEFORE O (and you will have the most fertile CM at this time). So depending on your estrogen level in a certain cycle, your CM can turn creamy sooner or later. Regarding LH surges, they are most often 1-2 days long and O most often happens 24-36 hours after you first start to surge. Next most common is O 2 days after, and it's also possible but less likely for it to occur the same day as your first positive OPK or 3+ days later. Without temps you can only guess, but OPKs are definitely more reliable than CM for determining O.
Hi maiden - sorry to gatecrash but i wanted to ask you what you meant by, "when you first start to surge"? -

Happy with my crew and no more are due xx

When you first start to surge = when OPK first turns positive, IF you've been testing regularly. If testing infrequently or at the wrong times, you may not catch the first positive. Mostly I just used the phrase for compositional variety.

You always have a chance of a girl. Please don't overthink this. Even under ideal circumstances we get about 20% opposites and you did a lot of pink friendly stuff.
