I've been pretty active when I got my boys.
My first boy I was in college and doing a lot of walking around. My second, I walked daily with my older boy in a stroller and also lifted weights a bit. My third, I had a very hard job and did a lot of hard work and heavy lifting and also exercised off and on. My 4th, I was the least active I guess but I did have a toddler I was chasing after constantly and two older boys too.
But that having been said you ALWAYS have a chance of a boy no matter what and I was also fairly active (although not actually exercising) when I got my daughter too.

March 23rd, 2016, 06:09 PM #14With my 3 boys I never exercised but my lifestyle is busy, but never really getting the heart rate up for 60mins, heavy lifting because I'm the diyer in my house hubby is useless when it comes to diy. always finding something to do even to this day but I have added cardio now too.
this is the 1st time since leaving school at 16 (I'm 31 now) that I'm doing anything that you could call exercise.Last edited by Beautifulrainbow; March 24th, 2016 at 04:10 PM.

March 23rd, 2016, 06:18 PM #15I have a son and I never exercised. I was eating quite a bit about a month before my son was conceived. I ate potatoes and bananas everyday. Meat most days of the week. I'd say a lot of salty foods in general. And I do strongly believe I was ovulating on the day he was conceived. Hope this helps.
