I don't think you need to worry. Plenty of people feel so sick they lose weight and although many show sooner with each pregnancy some say each one was different. I've been "showing" since 7 weeks this time (but just to me with no clothes on). Now at 11 weeks it's obvious with a tight fitting shirt, my jeans are becoming snug and uncomfortable and I've gained 1-5 lbs. (mine fluctuates so much I can't be sure). I'm surprised you haven't had a dating ultrasound around 8-10 weeks?

I know, I thought it was odd too. But I also knew our exact conception date because we only tried once that month. So maybe since I was adamant about the conception date she didn't think an ultrasound was necessary?? But now I just wish I would have asked for one so I wasn't so worried. It doesn't help that I'm waiting for my Harmony results too. :/

I don't trust them. LOL! They told me my sac #1 on my viability scan was a boy. #1 is my Twin B, which was confirmed girl and you can see baby firmly stuck in the upper corner of maternal left. I think they guessed a shadow was the placenta even though that would make baby directly at the very tip of it, which is not possible at 6 weeks. They guessed girl for sac #2/Twin A and baby is in the exact same spot.

I'm not sure. I gave them my conception date too but my doctor still only goes off last period..it's a rule. So weird. So when is your first appointment and scan then? And when will you get harmony results back?

My perinatologist goes by LMP too, but then does a viability scan at 6 weeks. It baby measures within 4 days of LMP they use LMP. If it's over they go by measurements.

I haven't had one yet either. I'm 10+4 now. Will have one at 12+4 in a couple of weeks. My dr was willing for a dating scan but I knocked it back because I know my dates.

The only thing giving me a hint of hope is now that I know what they judge by, I do see that my sons 8 weeks scan is the opposite of this scan. His is thicker on the right side and fades thinner on the right. So I'm hoping that them being opposite scans is a good sign.
