I did have a lot of pasta - maybe that's why? I don't limit myself to just the 1 cupful if I'm serving it out again because of weight loss
swish your cheat night sounds nice!

No, Sunday dinner at mum's!
Don't think pie is girl friendly, isn't pastry very fatty?

In the early days of the diet, when I was still eating eggs, I had a few quiches on store-bought crusts. The crusts are advertised as low sodium, and as long as you watch your portion size, the sodium is fine (particularly if you aren't adding any salt into the contents), but it is very high in fat. I doubt a homemade one would be much better. It's probably ok as a once in a while thing, but I wouldn't eat it too often.

yesterday (bear in mind I'm doing excessive BF at the moment):
1 Co-Op chocolate twist for breakfast
Lunch: Tesco light choices korma + 1/2 co-op healthy eating naan bread, 1 mars bar, grapes
tea: Birds Eye microwavable rice, mars bar
not the healthiest day, quite certain I'd have gone over on the sodium... and the naan bread said on the packet "not suitable for those on a reduced potassium diet" which I noticed after I'd eaten it, so overall a pretty bad swaying day!
