    Timing and frenquency?

    Hi girls,

I need your advice. Initially I wanted to do O+12 but after reading atomic sagebrush's essay about it I'm not quite convinced I should give it a "try" at all.

We did abstain for a couple of days now and it should be still a little more than one week til O.
So, can I stick to "abstaining" or should I change to FR? Would it be enough time?

I should only have 1 attempt on the day of first +OPK, right?

Yes, one attempt at pos opk. I'm pretty sure frequency for DH doesn't sway at all unless you're worried about sperm health? If not, just DTD with protection until you get your pos opk.

If hubby is under 35, then abstain is ok. If over 35, most do FR instead. OR you can drop them both if you want to, neither has been stellar results. Totally up to you, most people want to try for a month or two with frequency but others don't.

Any time 7 days or more is fine for either abstain or FR.

one attempt is what matters, most of us have it at positive OPK just for convenience.
