Don't ask, rubbish lol, someone needs to give me a telling off ;-) Small bowl of spaghetti bolognaise for lunch and then picked at chocolate and digestive biscuits instead of eating dinner. And now I'm so hungry! Well done for running and then an hour of walking with kids, 10 minutes running is hard going for me but walking with the kids is harder lol as they usually moan for half of it :-)

Lol they were happily playing buses so it was fine just took forever!! Some days wish I could just power walk and leave them behind haha bad mummy. Will be easier when eldest goes back to school after the holidays to squeeze some more exercise in
I am finding I really need a bigger midday meal to stop me snacking later! Guess it's just going to take a lot of tweaking before I get it right! The spag Bol sounds good! That can't be your full allowance of calories for the day though can it? Xx

Ha ha bless them! Yes Def. Easier to get exercise done when school starts again,my kids also don't like letting me watch my TV while I'm on the exercise bike when they are around! No I'm probably under on calories but shouldn't have had meat, red wine and veg. In spag bol. And probably shouldnt have had chocolate and sugar levels etc. But I guess it could have been worse! Maybe skipping dinner and eating chocolate made my levels drop so maybe all is not lost :-)

Diet is still terrible and decided on a rest day today from exercise. Will try to start afresh AGAIN tomorrow!!! May see if I can get the Boys out on their scooters and power walk with them as no chance for gym before work while they're off school...

I had large tuna roll for lunch yesterday and salad pitta in the evening.
I also had a cadburys cream egg after lunch, and a small glass of milk just enough to take my suppliments. I had 3 glasses of sugar free squash and half of a bottle (large bottle) diet coke through out the day. I had a couple of sugar free sweets too. Worthers do sugars free sweets and the taste nice too.
I have a giant Easter egg sitting here, it's calling my name!
I'm going to eat it in 2 weeks either when I get a BFP or my AF
3'sacharm: I have been like that over the past few months, one day on, one day off, just hoping I have done enough now!
Games consoles are a life saver when I want a bit of peace and quiet
I got to take my car to the garage this morning then I

well, managed to do my hours cardio (probably nearer 90mins) by walking the boys to the furthest park I could think of on their scooters! They did soooo well bless them, it was an 8k round trip
and no moaning till we were nearly home, so impressed with them. Not my most excerptional of cardio but it was actually as fast as some peoples running so I'm not too disappointed, and it's the closest I can get to doing anything else before work tonight. Food wise I'm doing fine, so far....! One meal down, night shift to go... Hahahaha x

Chocolate, I will tell you off if you will tell me off for nibbling crisps and Easter chocolate and gingerbread men all day!!! WTH is wrong with me!? my first attempt is so close I'm worried I'm gonna screw it up after all this hard work! It's like you said beautifulrainbow, have we actually done enough for this thing to work?!!
I had a vivid dream last night that I had a baby boy. DH and I didn't know the gender until we changed the nappy, the baby was about 8 months old at this stage!!??? It was bizarre. In the dream, I just said "oh well, I suppose I don't need to visit the site anymore" and that was that. Best part is that I'm actually a bit in love with that baby boy! He was absolutely gorgeous.Last edited by GlitterMouse; April 1st, 2016 at 10:56 AM.

Ha ha deal!! I've had cake today and nibbled some chocolate. Haven't done my exercise yet, must do it tonight once kids in bed but that won't be till 8pm :-( I feel I'm getting worse the closer to our attempt, wonder if it's emotions making me eat the opposite of what I need too. Dreams can be so odd, I often have odd ones which reflect my inner thoughts!
