It's hit me hard lethargy wise this week too chocolate.
Yes squiggle I had just one rice cake, hunger tends to hit me at around 5ish.
Today I had a coffee and 4 rice cakes with low fat spread for lunch after an hours dog walk in the beautiful sunshine. For dinner I'm having roasted veg with garlic basil and grated Parmesan and probably some plain biscuits. Cheated yesterday evening and had a kitkat which I wouldn't usually touch but I'm in a bit of a slump at the moment.

Took me ages to decide i was having a salad - to be honest the preparing part puts me off too but its that or i just eat bread/pasta/bagels..
Im always ordered to take Iron/Iron tabs when preggers. It bloats me to the max though and i already battle with constipation. So im refusing to take any iron supps unless i really really have to! I do eat Iron-fortified breads, pastas, Peas and beans though... Been a veggie for over a year now..
Tonight im having Tomatoe soup with garlic flat bread. I might opt for a quiche and salad instead.. i should probably take my fibre tablets whilst i remember, Lol! I have to take them 30-60 mins before a meal and i forget. End up taking them with my meal instead..
Im on my 3rd cup of coffee for the day.. i cant seem to have it without milk and sugar though....
Happy with my crew and no more are due xx

I had tuna salad wraps followed by cheesecake and some milk chocolate tonight but I am 4dpo so either way I don't think it matters because if my egg has fertilised the gender has already been determined and if not a little cheat before next cycle isn't going to harm

I'm back on track today [emoji6]!
First meal was a bagel thin with a smear of low-fat cream cheese and a small banana.
Second meal was 2 small tortillas with refried beans, lettuce, tomato, and two pinches of shredded cheese. I also had a bit of red licorice.
Dinner will be cheese pizza tonight with a scoop of raspberry sherbet.

Quiche is a good idea, is it possible to get eggless quiche?
I read that as raspberry sorbet not sherbet and now fancy a sorbet lol, having a vodka red bull, did my stair stepping again after bath time, the time seems to go quicker nowxx

Started *ok* but finished with some chocolate and the boys leftover cornetto after fish and chip dinner (portion of chips and the leftover fish from the boys). Not brilliant food wise generally but not absolutely awful I don't think... Well done you girls though, I can't believe how little you're managing on!! With the lack of meat/protein, I'm desperate for carbs!!! Lol x
