(((HUGS))) I can so relate to your feelings. I started researching HT last year when I was still pg with DS4. I NEVER thought I would have this many kids. But I also know I am not done yet. I will tell you one thing, DS4 has been an absolute blessing. It was heart breaking when we lost his sisters, but he was meant to be. He is special. Your little boy was also meant to be exactly what your family needs. Hang in there. And it is totally normal to have the feeling that you are having. No guilt please!

Sorry to hear how upset you're feeling. I felt the same when I heard boy with my 3rd, especially as consultant had previously said it might be a girl at 15 weeks and nub appeared to me fairly flat, but retrospectively I can see it was quite boyish. I truly hope you're feeling brighter about the situation very soon xx

It looks like one of you found out but for first photos (initial thread starter) I would say girl and second photos I would say boy. I couldn't figure out who was who by the end. Gl!

Oh hun. I'm so sorry. I'd definitely explore HT if it is an option for you.

My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1
- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Thank you - my husband says we can think about HT in 2017 - I'm just in shock that I'd actively plan for 4 kids. We are both one of 4 and we both agreed that 2-3 was a better fit for us. Serves me right for letting my emotions and imagination get away with me I guess.
I feel much better for finding a strong contender for Boy3's name... I'll probably feel better again when I've bought or made something special for him. Oh well.... with three brothers and three sons I'll definitely 'get' boys....
Atomic your words are very kind. The only thing I would ask is a kind ear in 2017 when I come back with more questions about Dr Potter. It makes my username even more apt!
