Hello all!
I'm a little late to the party, but I am TTC girl and I have gone gluten free for my sway! no meat (chicken once a week), no gluten and very little dairy for me, mostly veggies, gf pasta with tomato sauce and a little bit of parm, basmati rice and yogurt sauce. It's a very boring diet! Lol

Hi and welcome mydaughter and stillwanttwomore sound like you're doing just great.
Had a rubbish few days but back on track. Two rice cakes with cheese spread and a coffee with milk. Dinner was mainly wholegrain rice with a little yellow pepper in a tomato based sauce.
5 HT cycles all BFN

Me too! I too am back on track today. First meal- two pieces of cinnamon bread and a piece of string cheese. Second meal- a piece of cheese pizza and red licorice for my sweet tooth! Third meal- veggie burger on bread with tomato and cheese. Potato with a teaspoon of Grapeseed oil with a glass of Moscato wine. Looks like I need more calories so I'll partake in some raspberry sherbert!
1927cals 54.7g protein 51g fat
*I had to bump up my calories since AF is MIA and two BFNs. Hopefully this does the trick to bring her back! I never thought I'd miss the witch [emoji12]!

Lunch was pilau basmati rice. Small white roll with hummus and rocket. Diet coke. chocolate rice cake.

Lunch today was 3 rice cakes with cheese spread, 1 carrot with hummus. Dinner will be a cheese ravioli meal from m&s healthy range with a side of spinach.

First meal- cream of wheat with strawberries and a small banana. Second meal- Asian chopped salad with MorningStar veggie crumbles, a small roll, and red licorice. Third meal will be Mac and cheese with broccoli and a small handful of M&M's.

I'm really struggling to keep my fat close to 60g. I need to convince my body to bring AF back. I'm hoping this does the trick!
