Any difference between those doing 6 and those doing 7 days per week?does it make any difference if your doing 6 as opposed to 7? Am currently doing 6 but if it made a big difference I would up it to 7, thanks

Did mine today. 1 hour 20 min power walk and run with my 18mo in the pram. Glorious sunshine today here and had a million things to do but didn't want to waste the amazing weather so got out! Bring on tomorrow! Well done to everyone who did theirs today x

i'm doing 6x / week too around 65 minutes with a mix of running and power walk since Feb. Sometimes I can't fit it in and end up doing 5x a week but trying to keep at 6x/week. Atomic I know there is a lot written about exercise... but what is it about exercise 60+min, vegetarian and 1 attempt that are having some great sway success?

Hi ladies how are yous all going ??
I've got a feeling I'm out this month I tested today being 8dpo and negative ..
So am thinking of starting the cardio again as I can now and my visitors have gone home and I can get back into routine.
I'm just not sure if this will ok? Will it sway boy ? If I stopped and now restart again.
I will commit again to 5days plus a week TM

Hi BR , there is hope!! I just feel its a very important part of a girl sway, I really didn't want to stop but got so sick with the flu and then had to go away and also having visitors from intestate was hard to continue to commit .
Gladly I have still lost weight even though I stopped , has been 5 weeks since no exercise but only have lost 2kilos. When I was exercising it was a kilo a week . So do prefer the exercise route!!!
Iam over the diet though, but would do LE again to get weight off after I do have another baby .
How are you feeling br? Hows the eating going now that u can JUST EAT.... Whenever whatever
SO jealous

Morning ladies!! Had my rest day yesterday and boy did I need it after 2x 12.5hr shifts in a row!! Absolutely knackered last night and today but went for a 9mile run this morning so that was 1hr 20mins of cardio. Glad to have it out the way but my back is niggling and felt quite sick when I got home, seems to have settled now though. It's nice to make the most of the weather while its here! I'm just sitting down to my veggie stir fry with noodles. Did I read somewhere that skipping breakfast isn't appearing to be as successful as no snacking/2-3 meals per day??? What are you ladies all up to in this glorious sunshine?xx

I'm completing my 9 days in a row this morning. I too am enjoying this lovely weather, which is going to turn tomorrow to rain, rain, and more rain [emoji12]. I feel like I'm in a good groove with everything and just need AF to show back up!
I've lost another 3.5lbs!! I am now officially below my pregnancy weight with DS2. I have my work cut out for me to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight from DS3...slow and steady though, since who knows how long it will take for me to get a BFP and I don't want to waste away to nothing.
I hope everyone is doing well!

UK ladies. Have you heard about tax credits not being paid for more than 2 children that are born after 6 of April 2017? if you have your 3rd or 4th child before 6th April 2017 you will continue to be paid tax credits for those children
