    Hi atomic, thank you for your message. I understand what you mean by duggar it out. Lol unfortunately I don't want that many kids. But I also do know some people who had 5 girls and another who had 4 boys.
    If I was to ever try again what could I do to change my sway?

    I had 4 boys and then a girl, so I know that it's possible even with these long runs.

    I agree the whole point is that we don't HAVE to Duggar it out. That's why we sway, it's just not a guarantee. It's like rolling dice, even if we have 5 of 6 of the faces painted blue it is still possible for the pink one to come up. It doesn't even mean we have to do anything different, because it may have been a "bad luck" thing and not a "what did I do wrong" thing. Even the best sways make opposites, it's just the nature of the randomness of gender ratio that does that. If it was possible to get 100% with swaying the human race would have died out a long time ago or there would be countries or isolated tribes where the gender ratio is really skewed.

    Doubting my sway

    Hi Atomic, great essay. Loved reading it. I saw you mentioned Ds4 was a failed sway and then you had dd. That is great!
    A few things I took from that essay is that I would like to try some different thinks next time.

    Diet-
    Cereal for breakfast instead of toast.

    Supplements-
    I was on Elevit and Nordic prenatal dha. Do you think next time I should try the one a day multivitamin that you mentioned in another post recently?
    Also should I drop the dha and bring in a pro biotic?
    Do you think I should try l-arginine? And should my husband take it too?
    Are there any other supplements myself or my husband should try? Should I be taking a seperate vitamin d and folate to what is in the one a day multi vitamin?

    Lube-
    The other thing that I used with both my dd's is preseed. I was thinking to maybe not use that next time just for an opposite.

    Exercise-
    And I might try and increase the weights next time too.

    Attempts- I did every second day from AF which my current dd. I was thinking of trying just 3 attempts after +opk rather than all the attempts after AF too.

    I had no gender preference with my first two sons (I actually wanted a boy for my first and was over the moon to have him). They were actually both cutoffs, not intentionally. My 3rd was a Shettles cutoff attempt. 4th was when I was first starting learning about swaying and did a lot of stuff the IG way still.

    Breakfast - It's important to have protein and carbs at breakfast so if you were just eating toast then yes def. something to improve on.

    Elevit and Nordic are both good supps. Those are fine to continue.

    Probiotic does NOT replace DHA. They are totally different things. You can continue Nordic and ADD a probiotic as well.

    I do not think you should take L-arg. We saw bad results with that for women. DH can take it and also carnitine if he didn't try that this time.

    I want you guys on Vit D 1000IU both you and DH. There is less than that in Elevit so you'd need to add some extra in.

    Folate to 2000 mcg a day.

    Did hubby use a men's multi?? Does he smoke?

    Hubby was not a multivitamin, which do you recommend?
    My husband is not a smoker. He likes to exercise. What should he be doing cardio or weights?

    And regarding breakfast which cereal do you recommend?
