    Oh and I guess I should start taking an antihistamine which means no alcohol too I think which is a pain for empty calories.

    You can add butternut and feta to your couscous? - i do that to change it up a bit! Also, i alternate and have vegetable rice on some days..

    No not yet,day 6 but in my plan I think it says to take it for about 5 days around ovulation or just before depending on ewcm. Was going to use it up to ovulation

    I had vegetable lasagne for lunch. Brioche. Malteser chocolate bunny.

    I have been having cous cous with some roasted veg in, I think it's also my appetite has gone for meals as have been feeling really bloated poss. From peppermint tea

    I see! Good luck. Im undecided re taking or not. I sometimes have to take for allergies anyway so i always have stock!

    What do you take? I think I have benadryl or zirtec and can't remember if it's non drowsy. I don't think it made a difference to me when I took it with DS3 so hoping it doesn't effect driving. Maybe if I take it first thing I can have a glass of wine in the evening
