    Oh fingers crossed!!!! Be great if it was just 1 attempt. With 2 of my boys I ovulated day 18 or 19 but with one it was earlier. I think I ovulated day 12 or 13 last month so hoping for the same. Although I now spot, my luteal phase is now longer so probably is the vitex.

    Just looked at your chart, that is early, I've only just started doing opks and nearly didn't yet so goes to show you should start them early :-)

    Yeah. It could just be a fluke high temp. I'll know more in a couple of days if they stay high. If they go back down at all, then it is most likely my body gearing up to ovulate.

    SO im brisk walking about 40 minutes per day now. Do i need to up this? I just think my little guy cant handle much more in the stroller if i went for an hour! And if i let him out he walks v e r y s l o w l y

    I thought around the 40/45minute mark swayed blue squigglepink?! Can you do the 40mins walking then do another 20mins cardio at home either before or after??x

    I think that is correct has to be one full hour of cardio, any less sways blue. Or nothing at all

    Unless you have pcos then any exercise is beneficial

    Oh no, not the blue zone!! ok, ill up it to 60 mins next week. And is 5 days ok? or does it have to be 6..

    Think it's supposed to be 6 or 7 days a week I'm afraid, it's tough at times! I'd just keep doing the exercise every day until you are desperate for a day off and keep it for when you are at that point
