Does any of you know if it is safer to go over the protein-limit than the fat-limit? I often go to the upper limit - 60 gram (and sometimes more than that) but seldom reach the upper fat-limit. So I wonder if I'm ruining my sway by this?

How much fat ate we allowed daily? Think I went over by 5 gs so annoying!

This is a hard one to answer, since they both matter equally. I think as long as you are within the limits, even at the maximum, that is fine. It's SO much different than how we were eating when we got our boys! I'm sure you'll be fine as long as you don't go over too often.

My eating has been absolutely horrendous these last few days (ovulating currently could be to blame! I am promising myself to get back on the wagon today!! Have so far skipped breakfast and will have some quorn and coleslaw for lunch. How are you all doing? So I did something a bit crazy last night and bought a baby girl outfit :/ I figure we can put it under the bed for extra luck during our attempt and if we don't get a girl then I can gift t to someone as friends are bound to get a girl in the next couple of years!! anyone else bought stuff for their imaginary children?? Xx

I haven't got the courage to buy anything yet but she is named and I can visualize her and being part of the family ... Hopefully our dreams come true!!! I can't even look at baby girl clothes when I'm out, too upsetting, just avoid it completely! My way of dealing with not having a daughter I suppose! Today I'm having fish pie for lunch and hummous and crackers for tea!

Hey ladies, I haven't bought anything, I worry whether I can even get pg now as you often hear about people who conceive really easily initially and then go onto struggle later...
Looks like I'm going to have to cut wheat out of my diet as my symptoms have been increasingly worsening since starting this diet :/ should be fun trying to find alternatives!!!x

I walk straight past the girls clothes. i cant bare to look! Have you seen Five Star babies? (UK).. I cried my eyes out at the first episode when the lady had the daughter she longed for!! This swaying for a girl business is scary!! Eeeeek.. Just had some cous cous and a brioche with a slice of cheese. Diet coke. Chocolate - AF is here which means more chocolate than normal! Oh well!
Happy with my crew and no more are due xx

I did exercise last night and then again this morning, just had my first meal of the day but think it was quite alot, I had salad of tomatoes, lettuce and spring onions , couple of table spoons of cous cous with butternut squash and a slice of white bread? I feel quite full. Not sure what I will have for dinner!
