So I had my first attempt last night!!! I only had 2 rice cakes at lunchtime, no snacks or breakfast, then didn't have dinner until about 8.30pm which was grilled veggies and some halloumi, followed by a little frosting free cupcake that DS1 and I made yesterday afternoon and 3 sugar free sweets. Drowned myself in diet coke as well all day with a couple of pep teas and coffees thrown in for good measure!

Well I don't temp, just use OPKs and my first peak was yesterday am. I did an OPK this morning just out of curiosity, random!, and it was back down to low. I don't know if this is normal or not?! But judging by EWCM (sorry TMI) going on previous months, it should due in a couple of days. But I don't really know if that's the way to tell or not! I sound completely clueless!

I use opks but cheapies and they go positive with fmu and then half colour the next day. Although my false ovulation I o ly had 1 day of positives but my proper one I had 2 days and much darker than control line. My ewcm didn't go away between my false ovulation and proper one, but it has dried up after my proper ovulation

Haha squiggle! I had some 70% chocolate last night after my evening meal as I was still not satiated and it was the only thing in my work bag! Did the trick!
I've had a (gluten free!!!) crumpet with a little cheese on, humous with carrots, cucumber, pepper, and cherry toms followed by some banana custard flavoured yogurt and two small gluten free cookies with a milky coffee, mmmmm! Thoroughly enjoyed!x

I find not having something sweet torture!! I had a wholemeal roll with a little low fat grated cheese, pickle and tomato, a bag of hula hoops and an apple. Also a bag of light pop crisps at the gym, and a McDonald's honeycomb frape which was so good but not exactly in my plan! Will just have 2 baked rolls with a little Parmasan cheese for tea and then do my exercise. And a glass if wine after so actually I'm OK for my target numbers but don't want to make a habit of a frape and crisps! However 1dpo and Im thinking it's best to have a little of something like or I'll binge later!

Banana custard flavoured yoghurt sounds nice! I've ordered some low fat weight watchers toffee yoghurts for next week and going to start having some part baked roll with a little light marg. As I quite like those

Brand sparkly (pink) new diet thread for GIRL sways!
On LE diet I have started a habit of cheewing sugarfree gum. Is this bad and is this considered snacking? Stimerol sugarfree gum has around 3 kcals in it/piece.
It can chew a lot of pieces during the day. I hope I am not ruining my sway.
