I'm pretty sure its under his chin.
I see a skull. Eye sockets. The 2 round shapes next to the eyes look like underarm and hand.
And lower i see a chest with ribsMom to

Its the babys face in profile, but also hands or feet and then what I made a circle around, thats what I wonder what it is..
