Are probiotics a definite no-no for a girl? I take the Bio-Kult brand and would rather not stop taking them unless they very very strongly sway blue.

Probiotics were the ONLY pink sway tactic that we found got WORSE than 50-50 results.
Our pink swayers taking them got boys 60% of the time.
I took them with my failed sway and dropped them for my successful pink sway and I recommend them for blue only. But you ahve to do what you feel is best for yourself and your health, of course.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

The "other site" has had them down as swaying pink forever and for reasons I do not understand, continues with them even though we have the data to show that they are good for BLUE and not pink. I do not recommend probiotics for pink.
Things like kefir and yogurt are mostly killed off in your stomach acid and very little makes it to the intestines to set up shop (altho by the time 6 weeks has passed enough may have gotten through). It is the probiotic pills that you should avoid as they survive the stomach acid and live in your intestines where they help digest more nutrients from your food and even MAKE nutrients that your body has a hard time getting from food (esp. on LE diet)
I would still TTC and probably still eat the yogurt, honestly. Yogurt is allowed on LE Diet and I don't know how much of the microbes are able to survive. I'd still go ahead!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I think I will swap the capsules for natural yoghurt
although pI'm not going to TTC just yet... How long would it take for the probiotic capsules to leave your system if I was taking them for a long time?

Ok thank you Atomic, I think I will go ahead so! I presume kefir milk would work the same way?

I had always taken probiotics daily and had two boys!
I stopped taking them for my girl sway.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
