Is it sold as being ok when TTC, or does it kill sperm??

My concern is that pH is ~probably~ not what is really swaying. pH ~probably~ only helps in terms of making it easier or harder for many sperm to make it to the egg. pH in and of itself is useless if it comes with a big bunch of goop that is harmful to sperm or even prevents pregnancy. So to focus solely on raising pH by use of chemistry but at the same time using something that kills sperm in some other way or has a consistency that makes it harder for sperm to meet egg would actually possibly sway pink, even if the pH is in the 7's. THere are lots of spermicides that have very high pH but have pH alone is not enough, you can actually have too high a pH that kills off sperm, or has other elements in it or a consistency that prevents sperm from reaching the egg.
