Atomic - Aci Jel or Sylk as lube for TTC girl?

Hello Atomic, can u help and tell me if is good to use Aci jel in the morning, finger tip 1hour before BD and after BD again finger tip? I plan 10-11 days abstain, just one attempt with 4 days cut off. I plan to take Zyrtec 6 hours before attempt and take it every day till O. Thanks for advice

I don't think anyone really knows how best to use it.

I don't like you guys using anything after BD. All it does is cut odds of conception.

I generally have people use a bit 1 hour before BD and/or as a lube for BD (just a little)
