Hey everyone!
We're on cycle #2 of TTC. Last cycle my sway was WEAK and resulted in a BFN. I have only been doing the L.E. diet for about 3 weeks (but I am a veggie), so, I'm not sure that will have a big influence on our girl sway this month due to not being on the L.E. diet long enough.
Here's what I am doing for our relaxed sway:
-L.E. diet / Vegetarian
-No pre-natals, just folate and D3 (because I am a bit D deficient)
-Coffee daily
-Wine a few times a week
-One attempt at day before positive OPK
-Jump and dump (after 10 minutes)
My OPK is very nearly positive today on CD 12. I usually ovulate on CD 13, so we just DTD tonight as our one attempt! Feeling pretty good about my fairly relaxed sway.
I have made peace with getting another little boy. My son was asking for a sister, now he is asking for a brother. Haha! Made me realize that I would love for him to have either because I think he would be happy with either ;-)
Thoughts anyone? What's your sway looking like this cycle?

Sounds like a good sway! I haven't started yet... not planning to start swaying until Aug or Sept but am starting the planning process... For now, I'm going to start cutting back on meat (will be vegetarian for my sway) & learn to skip breakfast, and for my sway, LE PCOS diet, alcohol and coffee daily, one attempt, no prenatal. Also I don't really believe in the whole ion theory but since I like lavender anyways I'm going to start switching to lavender products (soap, conditioner, essential oils) and am going to try out a salt lamp (I have allergies so anything that is air purifying is good for me anyways!). I think both can help in relaxation, and as a high stress/ high anxiety person, I need good relaxing techniques
Do you have the one boy currently? I have two little boys - and I will say, as desperately as I want a daughter (I had gender disappointment with both pregnancies), I LOVE watching my two boys together. They get along so well so far (they're only 1 and 3 so I know it's still early), and they seriously adore each other. The dynamic of two brothers is just something really special I think! My older one is already very protective of his little broI HOPE you get your girl, but IF you end up with another boy just know you'll love watching them together! I think being able to give a little boy a brother is a very special gift!!

I agree that it sounds like a great sway! Personally, I really think that the relaxed sways are more successful. I'm doing a similar sway except for no vit D and I'm not vegetarian.
Good luck! I hope you get your BFP! Totally agree with ABC too, watching 2 little boys grow up together is something special indeed ❤Mama to four sweet boys

You ladies are seriously giving me a lot of comfort! I have been slightly nervous about experiencing gender disappointment, but, the more I think about it, the more I tell myself that the Universe probably knows what is best. I could see myself being a boy mom. That doesn't change the fact that I see myself with a daughter and would feel so privileged and over the moon. But, I am feeling pretty good about my sway. If it doesn't result in a pregnancy this time, I think we will try the every 4 days next time and I will try to commit to the exercising an hour every day! Haha! I'm so lazy, I wonder how that is going to work out! Lol

Yea, it's a tough thing I think. Being a boy mom is fun - I adore my boys, and if we have a 3rd boy I know I will adore him too. My 1 year old is really developing his own personality now and I'm constantly thinking these days how thankful I am that I DIDN'T have a girl the 2nd time around because then I wouldn't have him. He is seriously the funniest, goofiest little guy. Today he actually leaned over and kissed his brother on the cheek! But having and loving my boys just can't erase my desire to have a daughter - they're just two separate things. I'll love a 3rd boy if that's what happens, but I don't know how I will ever really move on from that desire to have a girl. It's tough

I feel the same! I'll always want a daughter...mostly because of the dreams my husband and I have had about her. I believe that she is meant to be in our family...

Hi, My attempt will be in August, I started my diet today [emoji849] mainly vegetarian, no breakfast and trying to do the LE thing... a couple weeks ago I started taking aspirin, Zyrtec and folic acid.
I have been drinking about 32 oz of crystal light a day [emoji37]
Vitex from AF to O
Got some OPK's to figure out my ovulation day and also got replenish. I'm 38 so I'm trying to figure out the timing, I don't think I will get pregnant with one attempt. I'm 108 lbs and I workout 5 days a week, I do body pump twice a week and I might go down to one day [emoji26] and cardio and interval training the other 4. My husband has lost weight too but at this point I'm not planning on changing his diet (he won't do it) i can totally convince him to drink more alcohol and he also chews tobacco.
I'm so nervous! [emoji37][emoji33]

It's really hard for me to relax. I am the most impatient person ever. And I am such an "all or nothing" type person. This sway attempt that I posted here failed. I'm on 10dpo and have had two BFNs so far. I really just want to be pregnant. I am going to keep doing everything as best as I can to sway girl, but, I can't stick to one attempt. I think I will do every 4 days and then another attempt at +OPK.
I just don't think I will get pregnant fast enough with just one attempt.
I'm trying to figure out if I should have my husband do FR or compressed release along with my two attempts??
Advice anyone?
